  • Developing and implementing new procedures and policies within the Technical Sourcing Team and supporting the wider business, with input from Technical Managers and Technologists.
  • Updating policies, procedures, and processes to incorporate industry risks, legislation, and best practices, driving continuous improvement across quality and safety aspects.
  • Completing periodic reports for the Head of Technical Sourcing, liaising with the team.
  • Staying informed about supply chain and product trends to support Nando’s NPD and policy development.
  • Managing relationships with audit and laboratory partners, ensuring contract deliverables meet Nando’s priorities.
  • Analyzing laboratory and audit data to identify trends and enable corrective actions.
  • Developing risk-based plans for supplier compliance visits, based on KPI performance and policy compliance.
  • Creating and managing audit standards and schedules, liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective assessments.
