The Role
We are looking for someone with a confident and vibrant personality, with a passion for curating our guest experience. From organising bookings to communicating guest preferences to colleagues, yours will be the role that keeps guests’ experience tailored to their needs. You will also be responsible for giving confidence, guidance, and training to a small team of hosts.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the host team and help shape the guest arrival experience from day one
- Organise bookings and communicate guest preferences clearly across the wider team
- Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Support and train a small team of hosts, building confidence and consistency
- Help maximise the use of venue space and manage bookings effectively
- Work with the floor and general managers on private hire opportunities and guest experience
- Where appropriate, help drive sales of private booking spaces
- Ensure communication between hosts, floor, and bar teams is smooth, accurate, and guest-focused
What we’re looking for

- Experience in hosting, reservations, or guest-facing coordination within hospitality
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
