Host Nancy’s Cocktail Bar London Bridge, London Full-time £14.00 per hour + service charge (estimated £6.00 per hour)

Join the opening team at Nancy’s. Nancy's will be London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. Landmark views, a late license, serious drinks and a space designed to bring a little 70s spirit back to London nightlife. Opening mid-May, we're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.

The Role

We are looking for someone with a confident and vibrant personality, with a passion for curating our guest experience. From organising bookings to communicating guest preferences to colleagues, yours will be the role that helps keep each visit tailored to our guests’ needs. You will work closely with our floor and bar teams so we can personalise and elevate the guest experience. We are looking for someone who is warm, organised, and a strong communicator, and who understands the importance of first impressions and thoughtful coordination throughout service. You will also need to be able to join the team in May, ready for pre-opening training and ready to set off with style on launch night.

  • Work with our Head Host to accommodate guest requests and manage bookings
  • Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
  • Build rapport with guests and help set the tone for their experience
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requirements clearly to the floor and bar teams
  • Help ensure the guest journey feels smooth, tailored, and well organised from arrival onwards
  • Support the wider team in delivering a polished and elevated service experience
