Nancy's Cocktail Bar is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination, opening mid-May. We are looking for quality hospitality professionals to join our opening team and help elevate the guest experience.

The Role

As Floor Manager, you will be at the heart of Nancy’s, helping the team deliver smooth service, keeping operations flowing, and controlling the look, feel, and ambience of the room. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop steps of service and shape the guest journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the floor and ensuring service is smooth, polished, and well-paced.
  • Training, supporting, and leading the floor team to deliver a high standard of hospitality.
  • Building strong knowledge of Nancy’s drinks programme and menu, and embedding that knowledge across the team.
  • Developing clear and effective communication between the floor, host, and bar teams.
  • Helping create and maintain the look, feel, and ambience of the room throughout service.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of a small but elegant food offering.
  • Training the team to present and prepare food consistently, efficiently, and to the required standard.
  • Fostering a collaborative, positive culture across the operation.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a management role within a busy hospitality venue.
  • Strong floor presence and confidence leading service.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • The ability to train and develop a new team.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in service standards.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach.
  • An interest in helping develop and deliver a small food offering alongside drinks service.
  • Availability to join in May for pre-opening training and opening launch.
