Join the opening team at Nancy’s. Nancy's will be London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. Landmark views, a late license, serious drinks and a space designed to bring a little 70s spirit back to London nightlife. Opening mid-May, we're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.
The Role
We are looking for someone with a confident and vibrant personality, with a passion for great cocktails and helping our guests find the perfect drink for them. You will work closely with our host and bar teams to help personalise and elevate the guest experience. We are looking for someone who has experience in busy venues, understands section management and anticipatory service, and can work with the management team to create a buzz and a real sense of occasion on the floor. You will also need to be able to join the team in May, ready for pre-opening training and to hit the ground running on opening night.
Requirements
- Know the cocktail menu in depth and confidently describe drinks to guests
- Talk guests through ingredients, flavour profiles, and, where appropriate, the techniques used in the drinks
- Take ownership of your section, anticipating guests’ needs and keeping service smooth
- Keep a clear head during busy services and take service in your stride
- Communicate with colleagues in a productive, proactive way
- Work closely with the host, bar and management teams to deliver a strong guest experience
- Help create energy on the floor and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the venue
