Join the opening team at Nancy’s, London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. We are looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver tailored service.

The Role

We are looking for bartenders with a confident and vibrant personality, a passion for great cocktails, and experience delivering high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment. Our bartenders will know our cocktail menu in great depth and be able to convey this to our guests, including knowing every ingredient, how it tastes, why it is there, and what it brings to the drink. You will also need to communicate with our barback, floor, and management teams in a kind and collaborative manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to a consistently high standard in a fast-paced bar environment.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Nancy’s cocktail menu, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and drink specs.
  • Confidently talk guests through the cocktail list and make recommendations where appropriate.
  • Understand each drink in detail, including why each ingredient is used and what it contributes to the final serve.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of classic cocktails alongside Nancy’s signature drinks.
  • Work closely with the barback, floor, and management teams to ensure smooth and effective service.
  • Take instruction positively and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Help deliver a bar experience that feels polished, welcoming, and energetic throughout service.
