Join the opening team at Nancy’s, London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. We are looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver tailored service.

The Role

We are looking for someone with a confident and vibrant personality, with a passion for curating our guest experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Organising bookings and communicating guest preferences to colleagues.
  • Leading and training a small team of hosts.
  • Maximising the use of venue space and managing bookings effectively.
  • Working with the floor and general managers on private hire opportunities.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between hosts, floor, and bar teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the host team and shape the guest arrival experience.
  • Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally.
  • Support and train a small team of hosts, building confidence and consistency.
  • Help drive sales of private booking spaces.

What we’re looking for

  • A confident and vibrant personality.
  • A passion for hospitality and a tailored guest experience.
  • Experience in hosting, reservations, or guest-facing coordination within hospitality.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • The ability to train, guide, and motivate a small team.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence around private hire opportunities.
  • Availability to join in May for pre-opening training and launch.
