We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Kings Court Hotel, Kings Coughton (near Alcester), Warwickshire

Job Type: Full‑Time, Hotel‑Based

Kings Court Hotel is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll drive proactive sales initiatives, manage engaging marketing campaigns, and handle reservations to help boost hotel occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and develop new business across corporate, leisure, and events markets

• Cultivate client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and high guest satisfaction

• Create and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social, print)

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Manage all group and individual reservations with professionalism and accuracy

• Collaborate with front-of-house and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years’ experience in hotel sales, marketing, or reservations

• Strong communicator and negotiator

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Familiarity with hotel PMS/reservation systems is a plus

• A creative mindset with marketing content creation skills
