Restaurant Supervisor – NANA Cafe, Covent Garden.
We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
If you are confident leading a team, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and can support daily operations in a busy restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your role will include.
- Supervising front of house service and supporting the team during busy periods.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
- Assisting with staff organisation, rota support, and daily briefings.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures.
We are looking for someone who is
