We're seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with proven experience in implementing Projects Portfolio Management (PPM) and Grants Management in Oracle ERP Cloud, to join our delivery team in a client-facing role. Reporting to our ERP Practice Lead, you will be joining our talented delivery team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base.

You'll need to be a self-starter, capable of managing individual work packages, contributing to architecture discussions, supporting pre-sales activities, and providing thought leadership on how to get the best out of the Oracle applications. Recognised as an expert in PPM solutions, competent to scope, design, configure and test in a client-facing delivery capacity using Oracle Projects and Grants Management Cloud applications, the applicant will have the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile Oracle implementations in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver Oracle Cloud projects, working to the Namos delivery methodology
  • Conduct client discovery workshops and document gap analysis
  • Document functional solution design
  • Complete solution builds as per the design document
  • Complete unit and integration testing, logging and resolving issues
  • Completing data migration cycles (loading and defects)
  • Conduct customer training and knowledge transfer
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Planning and executing transition to production (cutover)
  • Providing go-live support, triaging, and resolving issues
About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a proven track record of end-to-end delivery of Oracle Project Portfolio Management applications as a must. A detailed knowledge of the Oracle Cloud suite of products is required to advise and guide clients on implementation and integration of the Oracle applications with reference to Oracle’s Modern Best Practice processes and ensuring the client is maximizing the use of the out-of-the box offerings.

Skills and Requirements
  • Extensive experience working exclusively in Oracle Cloud Projects Financials (Costing, Planning, Billing, Contracts) and Projects Execution (Management, Resource Management, Performance)
  • Grants management experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Demonstratable cross-functional knowledge of Oracle ERP financial modules
  • The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value
  • Proven experience across varied industries, incorporating solution design requirements
  • Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising across concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player and a self-starter who is looking for continuous development
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, across multiple projects
