We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our ERP delivery team in a client-facing role. Reporting to our ERP Practice Lead, you will be joining our talented delivery team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base.
Working as an integral part of our delivery team, you'll provide excellent functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries and clients. You'll need to be a self-starter, capable of managing individual work packages, contributing to architecture discussions, supporting pre-sales activities, and providing thought leadership on how to get the best out of the Oracle applications. You'll be capable of contributing to the overall delivery of Oracle Applications and have a proven track record of consistently delivering excellence.
About You
- Previous experience working on Oracle implementation projects
- Advise and guide clients on implementation and integration of the Oracle applications with reference to Oracle's Modern Best Practice processes and ensuring the client is maximising the use of the out-of-the-box offerings
- The ability to provide innovative, creative, and practical solutions, whilst delivering value to our clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development
Skills and Requirements
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, managing at least two full lifecycle projects is required for this role
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP applications in Order-to-Cash modules across several clients, ideally within both the Public and Private sectors
- Must have excellent client-facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels and build long-lasting relationships
- Excellent project planning/management skills
