We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant, with expertise in UK Payroll, pensions and legislation. You will be joining our talented delivery team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base.
Previous payroll implementation experience is required, preferably across a number of clients in both Public and Private sectors. As a Senior Payroll Consultant with Namos Solutions you will be empowered to work with colleagues in partnership with our customers throughout their project lifecycle, to transform their business and deliver quality business outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Successfully delivered at least 3 Payroll projects (with at least 2 being in the UK and Oracle Cloud Payroll), or have previous experience client-side as an Oracle Cloud Payroll expert
- An understanding of how Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Built long-lasting, strong client and colleague relationships
- Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Essential Skills:
- In depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll for the UK
- Experience of Pensions, UK Legislation, RTI, auto-enrolment etc
- Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, calculation cards and approvals
- Able to lead the customer through the Payroll implementation, guiding the other team members and taking responsibility for delivery of the module
- Able to assist in pre-sales activities via demos and offering expert advice
- Able to evangelise for Namos by creating content for use in blogs, case studies and other material
Desired Skills:
- Experience of the implementation lifecycle, including Payroll Parallel Run (PPR)
- Oracle Cloud certifications and specialisations completed
- Understanding of payroll data objects to support data migration
- Experience in Absence, OTL and of workers with multiple assignments
- Experience of Local Government payroll and pensions e.g., LGPS, TPS
