We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Head Sommelier to join our Front of House team. We are seeking a knowledgeable and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional wine experience. The ideal candidate will support the Head Sommelier in managing the wine programme, maintaining the cellar, training and developing the team, and providing expert wine recommendations and pairings that enhance our guests' dining experience.
