We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Sushi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes within a luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes to the highest standards.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, food safety, and health and safety standards at all times.
  • Support the Senior Sushi Chef and Head Sushi Chef in the day-to-day operation of the sushi section.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise waste through effective stock management.
  • Assist with the training and development of junior team members where required.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, fish handling, and Japanese culinary practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused approach.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
