We are currently looking for a motivatedand Bar Manager. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment, takes pride in supporting a high-performing team, and is eager tocontribute to the smooth operation of a busy luxury hospitality venue.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest focus
- Develop and update the bar menu incollaboration with the Beverage Director, ensuring creativity, quality, andalignment with Nammos brand
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, stockrotation, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws,company policies, and health & safety regulations regarding the sale andservice of alcohol
- Maintain the highest standards ofcleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar at all times
- Engage with guests at the bar, providingrecommendations, handling special requests, and resolving issues professionally
- Organize and execute bar events, tastings,and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, wastage, and costs; report to the Beverage Director as required
- Perform all reasonable tasks designated bythe F&B Director or management team
- To create regular training for the whileteam
SKILLS, ANDEXPERTISE:
- Extensiveknowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong leadership and team developmentskills
- Excellent customer service andcommunication abilities
- Proficient in bar inventory management,cost control, and ordering processes
- High attention to detail in beveragepreparation, presentation, and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and stayorganized in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour,reflecting the standards of a luxury lifestyle brand
- Menu development and beverage innovationskills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactiveapproach to guest needs
- Reliable timekeeping and strong teamwork
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- Previous experience as a bar manager orsenior bar leader in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or high-end bar
- Proven track record in training anddeveloping bar staff
- Good command of English, both spoken andwritten
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong knowledge of beverage service,mixology, and bar operations
- Attention to detail and commitment to highservice standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health & safetyregulations relevant to bar operations
- Reliable timekeeping and punctuality
Desirable:
- Formal bartending or mixology certification
- Experience with Mediterranean or Japanesebeverage programs
- Familiarity with bar inventory software ordigital ordering systems
- Multilingual skills
- Experience organizing bar events ortastings
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced,high-energy environment
