An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the opening team of Nammos Mayfair, the highly anticipated London destination from the world-renowned Nammos Group, globally celebrated for luxury dining, refined hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter to join our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service to our guests. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of one of London’s most prestigious new openings.
The Role
As Head Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional table service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and presentation, contributing to the excellence synonymous with the Nammos brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate service within your assigned section, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver attentive, professional, and personalised service to guests
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, service etiquette, and product knowledge
- Support, guide, and assist junior members of the service team
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Managers, and the wider front-of-house team
- Ensure tables are managed efficiently and guest needs are anticipated at all times
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the service areas
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury venue
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence with strong attention to detail
- Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a service team
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
