We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Waiter to join our Front of House team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting a high-performing team, and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy luxury hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, attentive, and organised, with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards while supporting the waiting team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Waiters and wider Front of House team in delivering smooth and efficient service

Assist with setting up and clearing tables, including maintaining excellent presentation standards throughout service

Ensure all tables, service areas, and equipment are clean, organised, and properly prepared

Assist with food and beverage service in accordance with Nammos standards

Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally

Maintain a strong awareness of guest needs and provide attentive and friendly service

Assist with mise en place and preparation before, during, and after service

Communicate effectively with Waiters, Supervisors, Managers, and the wider Front of House team

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation at all times

Follow all food safety, health and safety, and regulatory requirements

Support the team in minimising waste and maintaining efficient use of equipment and resources

Perform all reasonable tasks as designated by the Head Waiter, Restaurant Manager, or other senior management

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a Commis Waiter, Food Runner, or similar Front of House role in a restaurant or hospitality environment

Genuine interest in developing a career within luxury hospitality

Good knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Previous experience within a luxury or high-end restaurant environment

Knowledge of food and beverage service

Additional language skills

Experience with London’s luxury dining scene

Relevant hospitality qualification or training
