Named Later has partnered with a thriving Liverpool SaaS business to help identify a resourceful and ambitious Customer Executive to join their close-knit team. The business works with some of the UK's biggest logistics companies and organic growth has prompted the need for an extra pair of hands.

What you’ll be doing: You will be part of a team of five responsible for the day to day management of customer activity, through their proprietary online platform. The team manages a range of data and alerts from customer accounts, all arriving in real time throughout the day. Ensuring that services run accurately and efficiently is key.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Computer literate and curious about technology.
  • A strong communicator both verbally and via text.
  • Diligent, self-motivated and able to think quickly to assist customers.
  • Excited about providing excellent customer service.
  • An interest or prior knowledge of logistics software and SaaS/subscription software would be a nice to have!

Progression: In joining a growing business you will have ample opportunity to progress down different paths. In gaining exposure to both SaaS and hardware/sensor based technology, previous hires have progressed internally into product and commercial roles.

Logistics: The team works together two days per week in central Liverpool and there is a lively social culture within the business. The office is within walking distance of Lime Street station and various local bus routes.

What’s on offer: Starting salary of £25,000 based on a 37.5 hour contract. Salary review in place after 12 months. 20 days annual leave plus BH - option to work bank holidays in lieu for 1.5 days additional AL. Employee share scheme.
