Responsibilities (The Role)

  • Support the Organic Social Media Strategy Manager in ideation and planning of the social media strategy across owned, paid, and earned channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp).
  • Be a Tone of Voice expert, using tactical writing to align copy with brand identity and social strategy.
  • Collaborate with teammates to upload social content, present a monthly posting schedule, and respond to comments to build positive community relations.
  • Coordinate and post content across social channels to engage and excite our community.
  • Create visually appealing Instagram Story posts that utilize in-app features.
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly strategy briefs.
  • Support the delivery of new channels.
  • Assist with reporting, analysis, scheduling, and audience insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Maintain social platform links, tags, and bios up to date.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to inform social briefs and identify new channel opportunities in key markets.
  • Share social trends insights with the Social Media Team.
  • Demonstrate love for the brand and understanding of its mission.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Instagram and TikTok familiarity; excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and fact-checking.
  • Proven copywriting ability using the brand tone of voice for content calendars.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Experience uploading campaigns across organic digital channels and publishing with precision, including out-of-hours uploads as needed.
  • Strategic voice and analytical skills to optimise copy, formats, and plans for scale and engagement.
  • Experience developing and implementing effective processes and ways of working.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Based in London; eligible to work in the UK.
