Join Namecheap as an Email Marketing Specialist and play a vital role in crafting, coding, and testing engaging HTML email templates. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, you will create an innovative Email Template Framework for our diverse brands, driving the success of our quarterly email campaigns and shaping our digital communication strategy.
Location: This role is 100% remote, from Canada.
Interview process: 4 stages - 45 min HR conversation -> Home Task -> 1h HM interview -> 1h interview with the Director.
Tools: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Your team: 6 people (1 Email Marketing Manager, 1 Developer, 2 Email Marketing Specialists, 1 Coordinator and YOU!).

What will you do:
- As an Email Marketing Specialist at Namecheap, you will build, send, and monitor email campaigns for both the CRM and Product teams.
- You will assist in planning marketing automation programs, conduct quality assurance testing and create reports for stakeholders.
- By using a ‘test and learn’ approach, you will also plan A/B tests and share your learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team.
- You will become an expert at using Iterable and expand your knowledge in cross-channel customer engagement including Push, SMS, In-App and Web Push messaging.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email campaigns (promotional and lifecycle) aligned to marketing goals and calendar priorities.
- Build email sends in the ESP using existing templates and modules (no coding), ensuring correct content placement and formatting.
- Manage campaign timelines, intake, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure consistent sending cadence.

- Intermediate knowledge of email development and CSS/HTML.
- Strong upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written).
