Bandai Namco are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to work within our digital arcade concept based at Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our team for the 2026 season. Our shifts are fully flexible, where you can choose your own flexibility and availability. Ideal for students or those with family commitments.

On average our team members work between 6-20hrs during Term Time, with the opportunity to gain more hours to cover holidays and during busy peak times, such as school holidays and bank holidays. This is a seasonal position, with the arcade operating 9 months of the year. We are closed over the Christmas period, with opportunities to return at the start of a new season. Applicants must be 18 or over to comply with UK Gambling Laws. The arcade is open from 9am - 12 midnight, 7 days a week, so weekend and evening availability is highly desirable.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving customers, taking accountability for the principles of good customer service, remaining helpful and courteous at all times, including dealing with customer queries and complaints (initial stage).
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the arcade area on a daily basis.
  • Escalating machine faults or issues.
  • Ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and that any errors are reported to management.
  • Ensuring the correct handling of both cash and credit floats at all times as trained.
  • Operating any of the site attractions as required (full training provided).
  • Carrying out replenishment tasks i.e. refilling machines, re-stocking the prize shop etc.
  • Receiving deliveries and following correct procedure to check all items are accounted for.
  • Maintaining a high standard of stock control, and escalating any issues with the management team.
  • Working with management and colleagues to identify opportunities to increase the areas market share, profitability or revenue.
  • Providing onward training to new starters and highlighting training and coaching needs to management.
  • Following all health and safety policies, procedures and legislation at all times.
  • Completing any paperwork that you are responsible for correctly.
  • Ensuring all business-related visitors are dealt with correctly as trained i.e. police, enforcement officers, workmen, company reps etc.
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards in all arcade back-office areas at all times.

  • Ensuring personal grooming standards are maintained at all times.
  • Developing a good working relationship between your colleagues, management and stakeholders.

Due to the nature of the business, all team members must complete a Gambling Awareness training course provided by the company before the start of your first shift. Offers of employment are subject to the successful completion of a one month probation period, the acquisition of suitable references and a criminal record check.

Pay: £11.75-£12.71 per hour
