Responsibilities:
- Support to the day-to-day HR operations, mainly focus on payroll, compensation & benefits and assist in part of the recruitment process;
- Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, tax and MPF;
- Handle and process EC claims;
- Prepare & consolidate various HR analysis reports for management review;
- Maintain and update HR record and staff personal files;
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
- At least 4 year solid HR operational experience, preferably in catering/ hospitality industry;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment & MPF Schemes Ordinances;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
