Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Sales Director β Vice President to aggressively drive revenue growth through new client acquisition. This role is for a proven hunter who owns the full sales cycle end-to-endβfrom prospecting and deal origination to negotiation and contract closure. You will be accountable for building a high-value pipeline, closing complex deals, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & New Logo Acquisition: Own and deliver aggressive revenue and new-logo acquisition targets across multiple industries. Identify, pursue, and close large, complex, multi-year deals with enterprise clients. Build and sustain a robust, forward-looking pipeline that exceeds coverage requirements and aligns with strategic growth goals.
- Strategic Prospecting & Market Penetration: Proactively identify high-growth markets, priority accounts, and whitespace opportunities. Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and client pain points to drive differentiated sales strategies.
- Solution Selling & Proposal Leadership: Lead the development of high-impact, value-led proposals in collaboration with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI, and Commercial/Pricing teams. Position solutions with a clear ROI narrative, tying client outcomes directly to measurable business value.
- Negotiation, Closure & Accountability: Lead all commercial negotiations with authority, ensuring profitable and scalable deals. Drive urgency through the sales cycle and close deals within committed timelines. Take full ownership of revenue commitments and deliver predictable results quarter after quarter.
- Sales Execution & Performance Management: Maintain disciplined pipeline management with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. Track performance metrics, conversion ratios, and deal velocity; take corrective actions as needed. Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership on pipeline health, risks, and wins.
Qualifications We Seek
Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Extensive experience engaging and selling to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Deep understanding of services in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, or Financial Services, including buyer behavior and competitive positioning. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology, AI-enabled solutions, and business outcomes. Willingness to travel extensively to drive deals, close opportunities, and build executive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills: Background in sales and/or management consulting with exposure to complex, solution-based selling. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales execution models.
