I’m developing a premium baby wellness and early development concept in South Manchester, bringing together infant hydrotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy and developmental support in one calm, family‑centred environment. I’m looking for an experienced paediatric physiotherapist who is excited by the idea of building something from the ground up. This is not a traditional employed role. I’m looking for someone who wants to become the clinical driving force behind the concept, helping shape the developmental programmes, clinical standards and future direction of the business. The project is currently in the planning and funding stage, so this is an opportunity to become involved at the very beginning and help create something genuinely different for babies and families.

The Role

  • Develop the clinical vision
  • Design developmental and hydrotherapy programmes
  • Advise on equipment and studio design
  • Establish clinical standards and best practice
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Become the clinical face of the brand

About You

  • A qualified paediatric physiotherapist
  • Passionate about early intervention and child development
  • Warm, approachable and family‑focused
  • Excited by innovation and new ideas
  • Entrepreneurial and interested in building something long-term

Partnership

The intention is to build a genuine long-term partnership rather than a traditional employer/employee relationship. Ownership would develop over time through a structured partnership based on commitment and contribution as the business grows. Full details would be discussed with the successful candidate.

Interested? I’d love to arrange an informal chat to tell you more about the concept and learn about your experience and aspirations.
