As a fast-growing food startup, we combine innovation, sustainability, and bold flavours to create snacks that nourish and elevate experiences.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to lead our supply chain, streamline operations and support business development. You’ll take ownership of our operational backbone, enabling the founder to focus on scaling sales and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply and demand planning.
  • Implement and manage SLAs with third-party providers.
  • Manage co-manufacturing relationships, sourcing new partners as needed.
  • Handle order processing, invoicing and promptly resolve operational issues.
  • Manage 3PL providers to ensure seamless logistics and fulfilment.
  • Identify and address supply chain risks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee stock levels, logistics, and fulfilment processes to ensure seamless delivery and excellent service.
  • Implement contingency plans to minimise disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Optimise production cycles, raw material orders, and supplier relationships to maximise profitability.
  • Conduct tenders to reduce costs and align with sustainability goals.
  • Coordinate client communication, follow-ups, and sample deliveries.
  • Research and track new leads, maintain CRM records and client onboarding.
  • Support preparations for client meetings and business development initiatives.

Location: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week required on-site in central London.
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications
  • Strong operational and supply chain management skills in the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party partners and production schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
