- You will run a high-value UK FE desk placing:

You will:
- Own and grow a revenue-driven FE desk
- Win new FE college business and dominate your market
- Deliver full 360 recruitment – sales, delivery, and margin control
- Manage large temp books and high-fee permanent placements
- Negotiate rates, fees, and contracts with decision-makers
- Drive weekly, monthly, and annual billings aggressively
