Interim Curriculum Manager – Health & Social Care

We're looking for an enthusiastic Curriculum Manager to lead Health & Social Care provision within a successful FE college.
You'll be responsible for leading Level 2, Level 3 and T Level Health programmes, managing teaching staff, driving quality improvement, ensuring excellent learner outcomes and supporting curriculum development. The role includes approximately 12 teaching hours per week alongside curriculum leadership responsibilities.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven FE curriculum management experience
- Health & Social Care curriculum leadership
- Experience managing teaching teams and improving quality
- Strong understanding of Ofsted, funding and FE performance measures
- Ability to lead staff, raise achievement and deliver outstanding learner outcomes
