NALA is seeking a senior compliance leader to build and scale a world-class function across consumer and B2B payments.

You will oversee MLROs and regional compliance teams, drive regulatory engagement, and ensure licensing with regulators across the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia.

This role shapes product and partnerships through a risk-aware, growth-focused lens.
