We are currently working in partnership with a well-regarded Further Education college in the Salisbury area to recruit a Health & Social Care Lecturer on a full-time temporary basis until the end of the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FE professional or industry specialist looking to step into teaching, delivering engaging and meaningful lessons to learners across Health & Social Care programmes.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care (Level 2 & Level 3)
- Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements
- Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
- Contribute to a positive and professional learning environment
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
- Experience teaching Health & Social Care within Further Education or strong industry background
- A teaching qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed) is desirable, but not essential
- Assessing/IQA qualifications are advantageous
- Ability to engage and inspire learners of varying abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
