Location: Canwick, Lincoln
Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours: Mon- Fri, 15 hours p/week (11am - 2pm)
Contract: Permanent

Nala Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive nursery setting who are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children and helping them develop, learn and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.
Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
Supporting children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children's interests and development
Observing and recording children's progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys
Ensuring children's health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times
Supporting children with their personal care needs where required
Working effectively as part of a wider nursery team
Following the nursery's policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements
Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient and approachable
Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
A positive team player with good communication skills
Reliable, responsible and committed to providing high-quality care
Able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Confident in creating fun and engaging learning experiences
A relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is required.
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting would be beneficial.
