We are working with a well-established secondary school seeking a Curriculum Team Leader for Maths to drive standards, lead a high-performing team, and deliver excellent outcomes for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
This is a key leadership position within the school, focused on raising attainment, improving teaching quality, and developing an ambitious and engaging Maths curriculum. You will:
- Lead and manage the Maths department, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning
- Use data effectively to track progress, identify gaps, and implement targeted interventions
- Drive improvements in outcomes across all student groups
- Deliver and embed a high-quality, well-sequenced curriculum
- Lead on assessment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and impact
