About the Role
Based at our Weybridge campus, you will play a key role in developing learners’ practical skills, industry knowledge and employability.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and practical training in Brickwork and Carpentry
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and workshop sessions
- Assess, review and record learner progress
- Maintain accurate learner and course records
- Embed employability and professional behaviours throughout the curriculum
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong industry experience within Brickwork, Carpentry or Multi‑Skilled Construction
- Relevant vocational qualifications, Degree or HND
- Previous teaching or training experience (desirable but not essential)
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one with full support provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- A passion for developing and supporting learners
