About the Role:
Based at our Weybridge campus, you will play a key role in developing learners' practical skills, industry knowledge and employability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and practical training in Brickwork and Carpentry
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons and workshop sessions
- Assessing, reviewing and recording learner progress
- Maintaining accurate learner and course records
- Embedding employability and professional behaviours throughout the curriculum
- Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
What We're Looking For:
- Strong industry experience within Brickwork, Carpentry or Multi-Skilled Construction
- Relevant vocational qualifications, Degree or HND
- Previous teaching or training experience (desirable but not essential)
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one with full support provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- A passion for developing and supporting learners
