Ready for the recognition and rewards you deserve? Be Brilliant with RCHT. We are looking to increase our team of Healthcare Assistants within the ward Med 2 within the Care Group of Peripheral Sites.

A Healthcare Assistant is no ordinary job and it is not for an ordinary person. We need caring, supportive people who love helping others and can come to work with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time hours are available. Please note that sponsorship is not guaranteed. Please discuss any sponsorship requirements or working hours per week limits (due to your current visa) that you may have at interview.

You will be trained to complete your Care Certificate which gives you all the skills you need to be a success (aside from your brilliant personality and helpful nature!). But it doesn’t stop there – if you want to progress in your career we can even offer you the opportunity to specialise with specialist skills or take our fantastic apprenticeship to become a nurse.
