About Nokwol

Following the success of Naked Wolfe, in 2023 we founded Nokwol. Nokwol is a luxury footwear brand with a global presence spanning London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Australia. We've built a fiercely loyal following worldwide and we're rapidly expanding – with several stores soon to be opening and an incredibly exciting period of growth ahead.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Content & Creative Assistant to join our team at our Central London Head Office, working closely with our Head of Content. This role is perfect for someone who has recently completed a creative or fashion‑related degree and is ready to step into a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. We want someone full of ideas, energy, and initiative – someone with a strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine passion for creating content worth stopping for.

You'll be working directly alongside our Head of Content, gaining experience across every part of the creative process – from graphic design and image editing to video, social media, campaigns, website content, email marketing, and paid ads. With our design team entirely in‑house, you'll have a rare opportunity to see the full creative journey from concept to completion – witnessing how a product is born, developed and brought to life across every channel. As part of a collaborative team, you'll have real creative input and the opportunity to leave your mark on everything we produce at Nokwol.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Editing and retouching imagery to the standard our brand is known for.
  • Supporting the creation of content across our socials, website, email marketing campaigns, paid ads and product shoots.
  • Assisting with video editing for social and campaign use.
  • Keeping our visual output consistent and on‑brand across every touchpoint.
  • Bringing ideas to the table – trends you've spotted, viral videos and formats worth trying.
  • Helping across all social media platforms, staying on top of what's working and what's next.
  • Eager to get stuck in, learn on the job and grow with the brand.
  • Using AI tools to work smarter and faster where it adds value – don't worry if this is something you're unfamiliar with – if it's new to you we will get you up to speed!
  • Getting involved in the fun stuff too – launches, collaborations and everything in between.

Who You're

  • A recent graduate (or soon to be) with a degree in marketing, fashion, creative arts, graphic design or a related discipline.
  • Genuinely passionate about fashion and footwear – we want an individual who loves fashion and the industry as a whole, just as much as we do.
  • Skilled in design and editing tools and eager to keep learning.
  • Someone who cares about the quality of their work – the details matter to you.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload.
  • Hardworking, hungry, and ready to grow from day one.
  • Open‑minded, collaborative, and good fun to be around.
  • London‑based and able to commit to being in the office full time.

What You'll Get

This is a real chance to grow within our company. We're a brand moving extremely fast, and if you believe in yourself, we'll believe in you too. We want you to grow with us – and we'll make sure you do.

  • Huge scope to grow quickly within a rapidly expanding business.
  • The chance to be part of something that people actually talk about.
  • 70% off ALL Nokwol products.
  • 25 days annual leave.
