Nokwol is a fast-growing, multi-brand footwear retailer operating across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, wholesale, and physical retail. With a flagship presence on Kings Road, Chelsea and 8–10 new store locations opening within the next 18 months, we are scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional people to grow with us.
We sell our own Nokwol-branded product alongside a curated selection of third-party footwear brands through multiple Shopify storefronts. Our tech stack is modern, our ambition is high, and we move fast.
We are looking for a hands‐on, tech‐savvy Ecommerce Manager with strong customer service management expertise and a sharp fashion merchandising eye. This is a central role that sits at the intersection of product, technology, marketing, and operations — you will own the online trading performance of the business and drive growth across every digital touchpoint.
You will manage multiple Shopify stores, a customer care team of three, and the end‐to‐end product launch cycle — coordinating warehouse deliveries, pre‐order strategies, and drop schedules to ensure products go live in perfect sync. You will also own the EDM calendar, paid advertising performance alongside our external agency, and weekly trade reporting. This role demands someone who is relentless about automation, obsessive about the customer journey, and brings a fashion‐forward sensibility to everything they do.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Product & Merchandising – Manage end‐to‐end uploading of new products across multiple Shopify stores — both Nokwol own‐brand and external third‐party products.
- Work directly with external brand partners to source and coordinate product content (imagery, copy, specifications) for product creation.
- Ensure product launches are timed in sync with warehouse deliveries, pre‐order initiatives, and scheduled drops.
- Maintain a strong fashion eye across all product pages, collections, and site merchandising.
- Customer Service & Experience – Lead and manage a customer care team of three, ensuring fast response times, high satisfaction, and consistent brand voice.
- Implement and optimise best‐in‐class automation across the customer journey — from browse to post‐purchase.
- Continuously improve customer touchpoints to reduce friction and increase lifetime value.
- Marketing & Growth – Own the end‐to‐end EDM schedule (email and SMS campaigns) — planning, briefing, and coordinating sends in line with product drops and commercial moments.
- Manage paid advertising performance in partnership with our external agency — setting targets, tracking ROAS, and holding the agency accountable.
- Maintain a constant growth mindset — testing, iterating, and scaling what works across all digital channels.
- Operations & Logistics – Support and chase product deliveries to ensure stock is received, processed, and live online without delay.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time and unshipped orders are managed daily.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with buying and logistics to align warehouse intake with the commercial launch calendar.
- Reporting & Performance – Build and deliver weekly ecommerce trade reports covering revenue, traffic, conversion, email performance, and paid media.
- Track and analyse performance across all channels, identifying opportunities and flagging risks proactively.
- Use data to drive decisions — comfortable in analytics dashboards, Shopify reports, and Google Analytics.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years' experience in an ecommerce management role, ideally within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong technical proficiency with Shopify (multi‐store experience highly desirable), Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), and common ecommerce tools.
- Proven experience managing customer service teams with a focus on quality, speed, and brand consistency.
- Solid understanding of fashion merchandising — you know how to present product online in a way that converts.
- Hands‐on experience with EDM strategy and execution (email and SMS).
- Comfortable managing paid media performance and working with external agencies on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong operational awareness — you understand supply chain basics, warehouse workflows, and how logistics impacts online trading.
- Data‐driven with excellent analytical skills and a natural instinct for spotting trends and opportunities.
- A genuine passion for automation and technology — always looking for smarter, faster ways to work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills — able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a hard‐work ethic and a real hunger for growth. You thrive in fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environments where no two days are the same. You want to be part of a thriving, scaling business — not just run a function, but genuinely help build something. You will work closely with the directors and take real ownership of the ecommerce channel.
Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of expansion with 8–10 new physical store locations opening in the next 18 months, alongside continued digital growth. This is a rare opportunity to join early and grow with us.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A central role in a rapidly scaling fashion business with serious momentum.
- Best‐in‐class salary package commensurate with experience.
- Direct access to and collaboration with the founders and directors.
- Opportunity to shape the ecommerce function and grow into a senior leadership position.
- A modern tech stack — Shopify, Klaviyo, Fulfil ERP, GA4 — with continued investment in the right tools.
- A dynamic, ambitious team culture where your ideas and energy will make a real impact.
