Naked Wolfe is a globally recognized fashion footwear brand known for bold, luxury footwear. As we continue to grow our community of customers, fans, and VIPs, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Community Manager to join our London team full-time.

About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, influencer gifting, and online community care. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer interactions across social and email, while managing influencer seeding, affiliate partnerships, and community sentiment across platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all influencer, celebrity, and VIP gifting — outreach, send-outs, follow-up, and documentation

Monitor and respond to all DMs and comments across social media

Escalate negative comments or complaints to the relevant customer care team

Oversee reviews and feedback platforms like Trustpilot — flag key issues and ensure resolution

Manage pre-orders and customer comms related to shipping, returns, and delays

Lead communication with high-value customers and VIPs

Oversee affiliate programs and coordinate with creators

Support and manage the customer service team

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years experience in a customer service, community, or influencer-facing role

Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management

Excellent written communication and people skills

Experience handling influencer gifting or affiliate management is a plus

Highly organized with great follow-through and attention to detail
