You are responsible for:
- Adding value to our customers’ experiences with us by having personalised conversations to understand their wine-buying preferences and placing bespoke orders tailored to match these.
- Helping to build customer trust in Naked Wines by delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times, strengthening relationships with our customers and increasing advocacy.
- Managing your time effectively to make outbound telephone calls, achieving work rate and sales targets.
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the business, helping to spot and communicate trends and anticipating issues and improvements.
- Processing customer orders.
- Taking responsibility to improve your product knowledge and advising customers on purchases.
- Delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times.
- Supporting the Customer Happiness Team with inbound customer contacts by exception as and when required.
