We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Happiness Advisors on a temporary - 5 day Fixed Term Contract basis to support our busy team placing Tasting Tour orders for our customers.
Location & Salary
- Location: Norwich
- Salary: £13.45/hour
- Dates: 17th June - 23rd June 2026 (weekdays)
Key Responsibilities
- Place Tasting Tour orders on behalf of customers in our system
- Check order details to ensure accuracy before submission
- Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
- Flag missing details or booking issues quickly to the team
- Handle customer data securely and in line with GDPR requirements
- Follow internal processes for safe data handling and order management
- Work cooperatively within a team and maintain excellent communication
This is a temporary, full‑time position requiring 7.5 hours per day over 5 days. This is a fixed term contract starting 17th June - 23rd June 2026. Weekdays only. Work shifts within our opening hours: 9am to 5:30pm.
