Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overarching test strategy for the IMS transformation, including clear entry/exit criteria for each phase.
  • Own the end-to-end planning process, creating scenarios, scripts, and coverage maps that align with real-world business processes.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution with business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality sign-off and strong adoption.
  • Manage the identification, tracking, and resolution of defects, collaborating closely with engineering teams and external partners.
  • Ensure absolute data accuracy through meticulous validation and reconciliation across all ERP flows.
  • Produce detailed readiness assessments and provide data-driven insights needed for go-live decision-making.
  • Lead the post-launch support phase, ensuring any issues are triaged and resolved with minimal business disruption.
  • Act as the central point of communication between technical and non-technical teams, managing expectations and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading testing for ERP implementations (experience with Sage X3 is highly desirable).
  • Deep understanding of core ERP flows: Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory.
  • Proven ability to build and run test strategies in structured, often Waterfall-heavy, project environments.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and proficiency in SQL for data validation.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent professional background in testing leadership.
