Responsibilities:

  • Place Tasting Tour orders on behalf of customers in our system.
  • Check order details to ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders processed.
  • Flag missing details or booking issues quickly to the team.
  • Handle customer data securely and in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Follow internal processes for safe data handling and order management.
  • Work cooperatively within a team and maintain excellent communication.

Contract Details:

This is a temporary, full‑time position requiring 7.5 hours per day over 5 days. The fixed‑term contract starts 17th June and ends 23rd June 2026, weekdays only. Work shifts are within our opening hours: 9am to 5:30pm.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour; real living wage employer. Comprehensive induction training is provided.
