Naked Nutrition is a fast-growing premium supplement brand looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Marketing Project Manager with experience at a brand doing at least $50M per year to drive high-priority initiatives across our Amazon, Shopify, and internal systems.
Youβll work directly with the CMO and lead the coordination, accountability, and optimization of marketing workflows, campaigns, and tests. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership for someone with at least 5 years of e-commerce, agency, or DTC experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project execution across marketing: timelines, task tracking, team coordination, and reporting
- Turn strategic direction into briefs and actionable steps across Amazon, Shopify, and internal systems
- Run marketing standups, maintain Monday.com workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure A/B tests, campaigns, and reporting are executed cleanly and learnings are communicated
- Spot execution bottlenecks and actively work to resolve them
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to speed up output and reduce errors
- Keep team members accountable through updates, reminders, and clear follow-through
- Track KPIs and flag underperformance or anomalies before they become issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a marketing project manager at a brand doing at least $50M in revenue
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (must be fluent, not just familiar)
- Ownership mindset to catch problems early, follow through, and fix things
- Strong written communication β clear and concise
- Fast executor with elite attention to detail
- Comfortable managing people and driving accountability
- Ability to draw basic conclusions from data (e.g. test results, campaign performance)
- Organized and proactive: you anticipate next steps, not just react
- Experience managing freelancers, designers, or agencies
- Strong command of PM tools like Monday.com, Notion, or ClickUp
Nice to Haves
- Experience at a CPG brand in retail
- Basic design or video editing skills
- Light copywriting ability for briefs, headlines, or internal content
- Familiarity with DTC reporting tools or KPI dashboards
