The Role: Seeking an experienced Global Ecommerce Catalog Manager to manage product listings across Amazon U.S., Amazon UK and EU, Shopify, and Walmart. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Shopify and Amazon catalog expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems independently. The ideal candidate combines the precision of an auditor with a practical understanding of ecommerce, product content, SEO, and international marketplace operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accuracy and health of product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
  • Monitor and resolve suppressed listings, policy violations, attribute conflicts, variation errors, and other catalog issues.
  • Manage flat file uploads, bulk updates, new listing creation, and parent-child relationships.
  • Audit titles, images, ingredients, claims, dimensions, attributes, and other product information for accuracy and consistency.
  • Open, escalate, document, and follow Amazon support cases through resolution.
  • Coordinate listing updates and new product launches across U.S., UK, and European marketplaces.
  • Work with regulatory and internal teams on European product notifications, documentation, and marketplace requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability through keywords, categorization, indexing, and complete product attributes.
  • Maintain clear reporting on catalog health, open issues, priorities, and next steps.
  • Develop processes that prevent recurring errors and improve catalog quality over time.
  • Support additional ecommerce and marketplace projects as needed.

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of Amazon catalog or marketplace operations experience.
  • Experience managing listings across international Amazon marketplaces, including the UK or EU.
  • Strong knowledge of flat files, bulk uploads, variation structures, and catalog troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated success resolving suppressed ASINs, attribute conflicts, policy issues, and incorrect detail-page information.
  • Strong spreadsheet, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to investigate ambiguous problems independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and persistence in following issues through completion.

Preferred Experience:

  • Brand-side ecommerce experience.
  • Experience in supplements, food, beauty, or another regulated category.
  • Shopify or Walmart Marketplace experience.
  • Familiarity with European product notifications.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, indexing, Helium 10, DataHawk, or similar tools.
  • Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.
