About the Role

At Naked Barista, coffee is about more than what’s in the cup — it’s about creating moments people genuinely look forward to. As a local, family‑run business, we’ve built our brand around helping cafés serve exceptional‑quality coffee with reliable, personal service, while also bringing the comfort and enjoyment of premium speciality coffee into people’s homes. We believe great coffee should feel effortless, comforting, and a little indulgent — whether it’s someone’s first cup of the morning or part of their daily ritual. Every product we offer is chosen with care, and every interaction with our customers is rooted in the kind of friendly, genuine relationships that keep people coming back.

We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager – Hospitality to help grow our presence across some of the UK’s most exciting hospitality venues. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven business and play a meaningful role in shaping how our coffee is experienced across cafés, restaurants, leisure spaces, and hotels. As part of our B2B team, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key hospitality partnerships while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within carefully defined target segments. You’ll work closely with partners to understand their goals, deliver tailored solutions, and build long‑term relationships rooted in trust, quality, and shared ambition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and bringing energy and ownership to everything they do.

Working closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help ensure every partner receives outstanding support and every touchpoint reflects the quality, care, and personal approach that defines Naked Barista. Whether you’re supporting an independent neighbourhood café or helping launch a new multi‑site hospitality group, you’ll play an important role in helping our partners serve better coffee while helping Naked Barista continue to grow in a way that stays true to our values.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in growing and strengthening some of our most important hospitality partnerships across the South East and South West. From independent cafés and restaurants to hotels and leisure spaces, you’ll help our partners deliver exceptional coffee experiences while driving sustainable commercial growth for the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with hospitality partners, delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
  • Developing strategic account plans that support growth, retention, and new commercial opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new products, services, and initiatives that add genuine value to our partners’ businesses.
  • Managing pricing discussions and contract negotiations in a way that balances commercial success with fairness and transparency.
  • Driving new business growth across carefully defined hospitality segments through both inbound opportunities and proactive outreach.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to support campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation activities.
  • Working closely with Operations and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable service delivery.
  • Monitoring account performance, sales activity, and client satisfaction, using insights to continuously improve results and relationships.
  • Representing the brand at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows, helping to strengthen our presence within the hospitality and speciality coffee community.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial confidence with a genuine passion for hospitality and speciality coffee — someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and creating experiences that customers genuinely value. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in account management, business development, or hospitality partnerships, ideally within coffee, food and beverage, or premium consumer brands.
  • A strong understanding of the speciality or premium coffee market, including key trends, customer expectations, and industry dynamics.
  • A proven ability to grow accounts, win new business, and build long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing sales conversations, pricing discussions, and growth targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growing business.
  • Good understanding of wholesale operations, order cycles, and basic commercial concepts such as margins and pricing.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Littlehampton, manage a busy schedule, and prioritise multiple customer needs.
  • Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in common office software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit customer sites as needed.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership and make things happen.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for exceptional coffee, hospitality, and delivering quality experiences.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who shares our belief that great coffee starts with great relationships — from the hospitality partners we work with to the customers we serve every day.

What We Offer

Our office is based in West Sussex, and we offer a flexible working environment built around trust, collaboration, and balance. We care deeply about creating a workplace where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work while enjoying the journey along the way. Alongside a collaborative culture and supportive leadership team, we currently offer:

  • £40,000–£50,000 base salary, plus uncapped on‑target earnings of £20,000 with accelerated commission for overachievement.
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
  • An additional three days off between Christmas and New Year.
  • Core working hours: 08:00–16:00.
  • Monthly at‑home coffee allowance.
  • Enhanced pension contributions.

This is a hands‑on position that will require flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend working to meet business needs. If you’re excited by the idea of helping exceptional hospitality venues serve better coffee while building meaningful partnerships in one of the UK’s most exciting speciality coffee businesses, we’d love to hear from you.

Due to the physical nature of the role, applicants should be physically capable of safely lifting and moving stock, operating equipment, and carrying out tasks requiring mobility and manual dexterity. As the business continues to evolve, there may be occasions where additional duties are required beyond those outlined in this job description. Any such responsibilities will be communicated clearly and in advance by the Management Team.
