Head of Project Management

Overview

Nakama is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead the team at a technical and creative London agency. You will split your time between people management (20%), project direction / delivery (65%), new business support (15%), and collaborating with the Leadership team to direct the agency strategically (5%).

This agency is product-orientated so experience or a strong interest in Product Management is essential. You will be working directly with Creative, UX, Strategy, Development, QA and Design colleagues to conceive and deliver the best possible product. You will be an Agile advocate and confident managing technical projects.

Required experience

• Managing teams of PMs and PDs
• Managing highly complex programs
• Previous experience working as Project Lead (client-facing)

• Day to day communication
• Best practices and escalation
