Naitive® is a medical technology company developing AI-driven software to reimagine orthopedic care. We are dedicated to solving urgent challenges in musculoskeletal health by building intelligent, pathway-driven technologies that help orthopedic providers surface at-risk patients, convert them to treatment, and coordinate their care – ensuring that every high-risk patient is identified early, treated appropriately, and supported throughout their journey. OsteoSight™, our flagship technology, enables opportunistic assessment of low bone mineral density (BMD) from routine X-rays, seamlessly embedding bone health into the orthopedic care pathway.

The Research & Data Operations Coordinator supports the operational delivery of Naitive’s industry collaborations, grant-funded research, and internal dataset development activities. The role sits at the interface between external research partners and internal technical teams, ensuring that collaborations are onboarded efficiently, datasets are well organised, and workflows are clearly communicated and followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding coordination for new research and data partners, including documentation and data requirements.
  • Support operational alignment between customers/partners, and internal research and engineering teams.
  • Work with research, data engineering and software teams to support dataset intake and internal readiness.
  • Support anonymization and compliant handling of clinical and research datasets in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Perform initial checks on incoming imaging datasets (including DICOM) for completeness and usability before internal processing.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for collaborators, maintaining structured and responsive communication.
  • Track collaboration activities, deliverables, and documentation across industry and grant-funded projects.
  • Maintain documentation related to data provenance, and permitted data usage.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with medical imaging data, including familiarity with DICOM.
  • Experience supporting research, healthcare, or technical projects in an industry, academic or clinical setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, including professional engagement with external partners and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at the interface between internal teams and external partners to align systems and workflows.
