London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries. The Reward Partner will be a senior reward specialist and strategic business partner supporting the Senior Group Reward Manager in the design, delivery and continuous evolution of the organisation’s reward and benefits strategy. The role operates as a trusted advisor, providing expert reward guidance across compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition. The Reward Partner leads operational delivery across assigned project deliverables, ensuring market competitiveness, cost discipline, strong governance and an excellent employee experience.

The role: As Reward Partner your focus will be to:

  • Act as a Reward Partner to the business, providing expert advice on reward philosophy, pay practices, benefits and governance.
  • Support the Senior Group Reward Manager in the execution of reward strategy, policies and frameworks.
  • Provide pragmatic, value-focused reward solutions aligned to business strategy and financial discipline.
  • Support the Senior Group Reward Manager in the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programmes across multiple countries.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with brokers, consultants and benefit providers, ensuring strong service delivery and governance.
  • Support benefits benchmarking, cost analysis and trend reporting to inform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant administration of all UK benefits programmes.
  • Support market pricing and benchmarking activity to ensure pay frameworks remain competitive, equitable and aligned to pay philosophy.
  • Provide decision support and analysis for GCS colleagues and Principals hiring and offer calibration, critical talent pay positioning, pay equity and pay transparency initiatives, exceptional pay and retention cases.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure market-competitive, fair and consistent offers.
  • Produce high-quality reward analytics, modelling and insight to support executive and governance decision-making.
  • Leverage HR and Reward dashboards to provide business insight and decision support.
  • Prepare executive-ready papers, modelling and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits within a complex, multinational organisation.
  • Deep technical expertise across compensation frameworks and market pricing, salary and incentive cycles, executive and senior reward, global benefits design and governance desirables.
  • Proven experience managing benefits across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
  • Experience operating in a matrix, high-growth or transformation environment advantageous.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies desirable.
  • Strong Excel and data interpretation skills (Power Query / Power Pivot advantageous).
  • Experience with HRIS, compensation tools and/or analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to translate complexity into executive insight.
  • Ability to simplify complex datasets into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organised, and dependable.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Curious, solutions-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
