We are keen for our Delivery Leads to have experience and opinions on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery (project/service): High level planning, forecasting, allocating resources, workflow and managing priorities to timescales/milestone.
  • Manage the account/customer & liaise with stakeholders: Facilitating regular updates, provide operational & status reporting, managing expectations.
  • Ensure that RAID are identified, managed, mitigated, and reported/escalated as appropriate.
  • Assurance responsibility for ways of working & team processes.
  • Responsible for commercial paperwork: development & submission of proposals, ensuring purchase orders in place, managing budgets.
  • Liaise with partner organisations to manage stripy team members’ performance.

Location & Flexibility:

  • Base (one of): Our Head Office is in Salford Quays, Manchester.
  • Hybrid Working: We offer hybrid working. This would normally be a maximum of one or two days per week in the office, but you are welcome to spend more time on-site if preferred.
  • Travel: Occasional visits to customer sites (typically London) or the Naimuri Head Office may be required.
