Role Description
The Pharmacy Assistant role at Naimans Pharmacies is a full-time, on-site position based in Yeovil.
The Pharmacy Assistant supports the daily operation of the pharmacy, including preparing and labeling prescriptions under supervision, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
This role includes assisting customers at the counter, answering questions, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, and directing patients to the pharmacist for clinical advice when needed.
The Pharmacy Assistant also helps with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and processing transactions accurately.
Collaboration with pharmacists and other team members to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-centered service is a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist patients and carers in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner.
