About the role:
- Working with the Principal and other members of the Commercial Law Division.
- Be involved in matters such as joint ventures, professional negligence, Defamation, purchase/selling of businesses and property, and property disputes.
The ideal candidate:
- Mid - Senior Lawyer (3-7 PQE).
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Be commercially minded and all rounded in advocacy, negotiation and mediation skills.
- Have a high-level of emotional awareness and empathy.
